Working Groups Overview
The PODS Association has the following Working Groups. Working Groups are formed
by members by creating a Committee Charter and obtaining approval from the
Board.
We have many areas in our database that still need your participation and development.
If you are interested in forming a Working Group, please contact Sheila
Wilson, Executive Director. A blank

Spatial Implementation Committee

Technical Committee

Inline Inspection Integrity Data Interchange

Reports to: Technical Committee
Intent: to create the ILI Data Interchange Data Standard
Status: Completed
ECDA Integrity Data Interchange

Intent: to create the External Corrosion Direct Assessment Interchange Data
Standard
Status: the standard has been presented to NACE for balloting and been approved;
the PODS Technical Committee is reviewing the standard; the document will
then be incorporated into the PODS Data Model.
One Call Damage Prevention
Chairman: Katie Hellfritz, Xcel Energy
Reports to: Technical Committee
Intent: to address and identify the One Call/Damage Prevention data requirements
Status: Active, charter has been approved
New Construction and Survey Data Exchange Standards
Proposed Chairman: Rob Brook, ESRI
Reports to: Technical Committee
Intent: to develop the standard for data exchange between surveyors/engineering
companies and operators
Status: Active, charter has been submitted to the PODS Technical Committee
